A beautiful and colorful cabinet piece consisting of a 11.6 x 5.8 x 4.2 cm limonite matrix, the top mostly covered by pretty sparkling yellowish-green crystals of adamite. The adamite crystals form spherical shaped groupings to almost 2.0 cm in diameter. The individual crystals are small but very glassy and translucent. Overall very clean of damage. An outstanding and beautiful large miniature specimen from Tsumeb! Brilliant highly lustrous dark blue terminated prismatic crystals of azurite to 1.0 cm in length are richly and aesthetically covering a 6.0 x 3.5 x 2.8 cm matrix. The crystals show all around 360 degrees. This is very clean and free of damage - the quality is outstanding. Ref: Gebhard, G. (1999): Tsumeb II. A Unique Mineral Locality. An exceptional and beautiful clean bluish-green (more green and described as emerald) grouping of matrix-less prismatic terminated crystals measuring 2.3 x 1.0 x 0.8 cm in size. Complete all around and very clean of damage. A superb crystal grouping - the quality is excellent! Ex Dawn and Jim Minette collection #T1106 with data card. There is a lot of good information about the mine on the data card. Jim visited the locality in 1993; he states that this crystal was collected around 1980. He mentions that he had the "pick" of the thumbnails, but there were larger crystals in this pocket measuring to 7.5 cm in length.

From the major find for this rare species in 2002, which appeared on the market in 2006. Specimens from this locality rank easily as the best known for the species. The example shown here is typical of the find and excellent for the species. A deep reddish-black grouping of thin prismatic crystals measuring 8.8 x 2.5 x 1.7 cm in size with a very small amount of attached matrix. In excellent condition damage-wise for one of these. A doubly terminated prismatic azurite crystal measuring 4.2 cm in length is set aesthetically upon a 5.4 x 5.2 x 4.0 cm matrix with other smaller terminated azurite crystals. Glowing sparkling lustrous prismatic yellowish-green crystals of pyromorphite to 1.0 cm in length are attractively covering a 3.7 x 3.0 x 2.3 cm matrix. Free of damage. A wonderful large near stalactitic botryoidal crystallized smithsonite specimen measuring 13.3 x 12.3 x 8.5 cm in size overall. Colorless with a good "sparkle"; completely crystallized all around and sits perfectly for display by itself. Damage-free. The quality is excellent for smithsonite from Greece. Ex Dawn and Jim Minette collection #S50. Their data card notes that this is "a very old piece" and was traded out of the New Mexico School of Mines in 1965. The specimen is fluorescent.

This is an absolutely superb well crystallized example for the species! Lustrous translucent colorless sharply formed blocky crystals of smithsonite to 2.0 cm in size are completely covering the front of matrix. There is no damage. The crystals are well defined and of the best quality. These are quite large for the species. Size: 11.8 x 6.3 x 3.9 cm. Ex Dawn and Jim Minette collection #S155. An absolutely stunning and beautiful cabinet piece! The specimen consists of a 11.8 x 7.8 x 5.5 cm matrix, the front side covered by white bladed crystallized barite. Scattered attractively over these barite crystals are many sparkling lustrous gorgeous red crystals of vanadinite to 1.8 cm in size, most around 1.0 cm. Very clean of damage; there are vanadinite crystals on the back of the piece as seen in one of the lower photos. Great color contrast making for a beautiful display piece! A superbly crystallized large miniature from this recent Mexican find! Large carmel colored blocky crystals of lustrous wulfenite to 1.4 cm in size are mostly covering a limonite matrix.
